Man this sauna after workout stuff is hot, but the benefits seem to be worth it. I knew a little about cold plunge, and heat treatments, but I've thought it was hoaxy. However, I am sweating out alot of the toxins that build up in my muscles when I go hard. The chromiotherapy is a bonus as well. That is the little above my head. I sweat everywhere when I am in that box, but I love the benefits.
