I woke up this morning with an anxiety that just wouldn't let go. I lay there, thinking about going back to sleep, but the thoughts kept swirling around in my head. It's a very strange feeling when you don't know where it's coming from, like your soul hurts ππ

Who would have thought that an ordinary fitness roller would become my best friend in workouts π Every time I ride it, my muscles first βscreamβ and then thank me. It hurts, but it feels so good! If you haven't tried it yet - I recommend it, especially if you feel every inch of your body π
