6 days straight of gym work. My body hurts every morning bad enough I can barely move out of bed. Tubes from last emergency surgery came out Wednesday🙌! I keep two mega caffeine sodas next to the bed so I can swill one down once I can reach it….. I’m excited to just keep after rebuilding. Strongman Goddess rebuild 💪😤😁 #truefitlife #myFlamingInstinct

A brand new left hip 8 weeks old and Tubes in my chest from my 8th major surgery (in last 7 months) - tubes out tomorrow. Now!
