It’s hard to feel confident and take photos when I feel so gross, grumpy, and exhausted. I’ve been spending so much time taking care of those around me I’ve forgotten to take care of myself. Right now I’ve got about a hundred people and animals needing my attention and care for the rescue everyday. I want to be more mindful about where my energy goes and give myself some too.
